HALLOWEEN
2009
Fri 30th & Sat 31st October.
Halloween this year was held over two day's due to it being the half term School Holiday and for the first time, the Park Staff & EWR Staff teamed together to make it one large display, all along the route of the railway. With the weather being quite warm for the time of the year, was also helpful, as many visitors were able to enjoy the event without having to wear winter clothing. For those of you who managed to come, I'm sure you all enjoyed it and I would just like to thank all those who put in a lot of effort to set up all the decorations and displays, which made the train rides that little bit more entertaining. A big thank you to the Park Rangers, for their help during the evening running and a big thank you to Natalie Gee, who at her own expense, provided many of the excellent props, that were set up at Harvesters Station, Old Oak Yard and throughout Echills Wood. Here are a selection of photos that were taken over both days.
FRIDAY

Later in the day Douval was brought into service, although not exactly showing a scary face.
